Returns & Exchanges

Wales Bonner offers returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged box to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels, hangtags, and dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package over any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
